மாற்றம் என்பதின் அளவுகோல் வயது

அதன் பொருளோ எண்ணுபவன் கையில்

எண்ணிக்கையை விட்டு விட்டு

என்றும் அவன் புகழினை போற்றி

வாழ வாழ்த்துகிறான் வேந்தன்

Age is but the mere count of the changes in you.

What he interprets it as, is his own choice

Than counting the numbers

Praise the Lord for what HE is to you

Is all what HE wants from you
